My name is Muhammad Ali Iqbal Kapadia. A Pakistani filmmaker from San Francisco, techie by day, artist by night, I frequently swing between art and technology.

Some background. In 2003 I won Pakistan’s annual national interactive multimedia championship (ACM GIKI) and won it again in 2004 for building a code based game engine. In 2005 i made Pakistan’s first stop motion animated music video. In 2006 I led an online social network built around social gaming, with over 1 million international members. In 2007 I worked as an assistant director for a Pakistani director named Jami which was the most educational and funnest time I’v had so far. 2008-2011 I was the Product Manager for a Silicon Valley based tech firm. Now, I am a technology entrepreneur and spend most of my time focusing on my projects.
